Renovator-P, RN (10-1000 KVA)

  • Renovator-P (RN) ensures comfort operation conditions for consumer’s receiving devices according to EU standard EN50160-94, specifically: reduction of currents and voltages of zero sequence of fundamental and higher harmonics (from the 2nd to the 40th), as well as stabilization and control of direct sequence voltage of powerful industrial receiving devices that are energized from three-phase grid of general use 0,22/0,4 kV at frequency 50-60 Hz within the range of phase voltage of the network from 160 V to 260 V at phase stabilization - ±1%.

    Renovator has the following properties:

    • Reduces currents of zero sequence of fundamental frequency in distribution network and feeding transformer 10 / 0,4 kV; ratio reduction of zero sequence current is from 3,3 to 12 depending on the power of feed transformer and length of the line;
    • Reduces currents and voltages of zero sequence of higher even and odd harmonics in the network and feed transformer 10/0,38 kV – from 3 to 8 times;
    • Achieves 3...8 times voltage reduction of phase voltage unbalance of fundamental frequency in the distribution network and feed transformer;
    • Achieves 1,5...3 times reduction of sinusoidal voltage distortion coefficient in the distribution network;
    • Ensures more than 1,5...3 times heat reduction of feed transformers 10/0,38 kV at the rate of non-linear loads (K-factor = K13) of “computer-type” in distribution network;
    • Parametrically raises phase voltages of fundamental frequency by 0%...5%; maximum raise takes place during nonlinear “computer-type” loading and connection of feed transformer winding according to star – star with zero pattern;
    • Reduces energy loss in the distribution network line and feed transformer during nonlinear “computer-type” loading to 15%-25% of load throughput power.
    • Reduces potential difference between zero wire and ground at frequency 50 Hz to at least 25 dB;
    • Reduces difference of high-frequency potentials between zero and phase wires including noises of deliberate origin at high harmonics frequency 100 Hz -200 kHz; suppression at frequencies 100 Hz - 20 kHz, for at least 20 dB;
    • Reduces possibility of equipment damage caused by energy attack or natural pulse voltages, such as thunderstorm or switching of phase voltages in the network;
    • Reduces fluctuation of phase voltage during abrupt change of single-phase load;
    • Reduces acoustic noise of power transformer at 50% nonlinear consumer load;
    • Reduces vibration of transformers with frequency 100-300 Hz;
    • Extends transformers service lifetime during K-20 mode as a result of temperature decrease of magnetic core and windings;
    • Improves operating conditions for I&C equipment of power suppliers and consumers as a result of reduction of the distortion factor of sine voltage in the network, specifically in case of “computer-type” load it reduces error of electrical energy meter from 1%-6% to 0,5%-1%;
    • Improves reliability of consumers’ equipment performance and reliability of technological processes.
    • Stabilizes output lines and long lasting deviations of phase voltage in the distribution network within the limits of 189-255 V and error value …. ±5%; since in accordance with National Standard of Ukraine DSTU/GOST 13109-97 averaging deviation amounts 60s, then short-term voltage deviations with the length less than 1s – 3s can be registered at the output;
    • Ensure uninterrupted power supply to sensitive devices of “computer-type” during switching modes.
